CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM I RECEIVED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes, we accept exchange within 3 days of receipt for most items in delivered condition. Kindly contact customer service at email@example.com for exchange requests.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits,underwear, items with non-returnable marks, and free gifts.

HOW LONG THE DELIVERY?
Visit us on and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally click on Add to Bag. Select Continue Shopping if you would like to add more items, or press on Proceed to Checkout to complete your order. If you wish to continue as a guest, simply enter your e-mail address to proceed. If you are a returning customer, please log in to proceed. If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details. Enter your working phone number and a delivery address to proceed. Choose your desired payment method and go to Buy Now. Please note that your order can only be delivered to the country you selected while setting your location e.g.
If your location is set to UAE, we can only deliver your order within the UAE.
International customers: You can use our website to place your orders. We’ll let you know as soon as our apps can also be used for global orders.

CAN I MODIFY OR UPDATE MY ORDER?
Yes, you can only modify your order if your order is yet to be shipped or has not been delivered. Once your order shows shipped or delivered status, you cannot modify or cancel it.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
Payments can be declined due to the following reasons:
1. You accidentally entered an incorrect debit/credit card detail like expiration date, billing address, and security code. (Security code on the back of your credit card).
2. Card issuer bank declined your payment. Please, refer the issue to your card issuer as payment gateway functionality is provided to us by an external institution.
WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?
It could be because of one of the following factors:
1. The discount is applied to the original price but not sale price on the page.
2. The code has already expired.
3. The purchase amount does not meet the standard of this code.
