RETURN & REFUND
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 24 hours of receiving the items. Items purchased through Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as Bernessi voucher.
EXCHANGE RULES
If you would like to switch your item/s, please contact us -we will arrange a delivery for you (free for one-time, all the extra exchanges will be charged at 20 AED rate).
